Settings
The Settings screen (gear icon on the tab bar) contains everything you need to configure Sorted. Here's a complete reference.
Profile
Personal Details
| Field | Description |

| Name | Your personal name (from your account) |
| Personal Email | Your sign-in email (read-only — cannot be changed in-app) |
Business Details
| Field | Description |

| Company Name | Shown on all generated documents |
| Address | Your business address (including post code) |
| Business Email | Shown on generated documents |
| Business Phone | Shown on generated documents |
| Logo | Upload from Photos; shown on all PDFs |
| Remove Sorted Branding | Toggle to hide the Sorted watermark on PDFs (Pro only) |
Payment Details
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Bank Name | e.g. Barclays, NatWest — shown on invoices |
| Account Name | The name on your bank account |
| Account Number | Your 8-digit account number |
| Sort Code | Auto-formatted as XX-XX-XX |
| VAT Registered | When on, new documents default to VAT on |
| Tax Rate (%) | Your VAT rate (default: 20%) |
Bank details are included in WhatsApp messages when you send invoices, allowing your customers to pay by bank transfer.

Integrations
Connect your accounting software to push invoices. Tap an integration to configure or connect:
- Xero — OAuth with PKCE
- QuickBooks Online — OAuth
- FreeAgent — OAuth 2.0

Subscription
Refer a Friend
Invite friends to Sorted and earn 28 days of Pro per friend who signs up (maximum 3 referrals). Pro time stacks — 2 friends = 56 days, 3 friends = 84 days. If you already have Pro time remaining when a friend signs up, the new grant extends from your current expiry date.

Subscription
View your current plan (Free or Pro), upgrade to Pro, switch between monthly and yearly plans, or manage your subscription.
App
Support
Access documentation at sortedtrade.co.uk/docs. Support is a Pro feature — free users are prompted to upgrade.
Feedback
Send feedback via email. Opens your email client with a pre-addressed message.

Legal
Access Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Cookie Policy.
Sign Out
Signs you out of Sorted. You'll need to sign in again (or use Face ID if enabled).
The app automatically signs you out if you leave it in the background for more than 5 minutes.
